Not able to find what would fit our needs, Dave decided to build an all purpose race trailer that was much kinder to our gas consumption then the high tops we found on the market.
He bought some axles but little else. The hinged top we found on Craigslist for $50...it's a Toneau cover for a truck. Once we had the top, Dave re-worked his original plan of a teardrop to make it fit.
We generally back out the bikes at night and roll out the sleep pads, good for one night anyway.
