We'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Iversen Originals. We are located near San Diego but you can also find us in South Dakota during the warmer months.

What started as a fun job in getting a 1946 Indian Chief ready to landspeed race, has developed into a passion. We currently are racing at all El Mirage events and as many races as possible on the salt at Bonneville. The winter months of 2007 found Dave building a 1941 Indian Jr Scout for Jill to race and a rookie run was accomplished in July at El Mirage.

Speedweek at Bonneville had Dave setting two new world records on the '46 Indian Chief. Running in the vintage fuel class on a 110.360 record it was raised to 138.170. Switching to the vintage fuel partial- streamline class, Dave set a new record on a 119.929 at 134.572. They weren't done yet. At El Mirage in So. Ca. the meet in Sept. brought a personal best of 140.936, a new record. But,there is more to come, check out our projects page and under 'cycle' you'll find our new addtion to the race family.
